This role sits within our award winning fully cloud based post production department. You’ll be that person with experience in a similar agency or creative studio and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You’ll get to work with a team of passionate editors, visual artists, creative producers and social media experts

What you'll be doing
As Post Production Manager you'll be ready to take ownership of the Post Production output. This will cover a broad range of complex video projects for TV, film, broadcast, online and social media.
Our pioneering cloud based editing solution - VCS allows distributed teams to collaborate seamlessly. It’s a virtual post-production studio which allows us to collaborate with the best talent around the globe.
As Post Production Manager you are the navigator for all Post Production output. You have the responsibility of ensuring that the content is assembled from a solid, organised foundation and delivered to the highest standards which our clients expect.
You will oversee the whole Post Production team, working with the Assistants, Editors, Producers, and interact with Clients to ensure an efficient production delivery with maximum client satisfaction.

We welcome your ability to nurture the Post team and continue to expand a department which has been the core of Green Rock’s inception.
You will bring technical knowledge across all productions with input over a range of projects, and shared responsibility for the QC of all content delivery formats and specifications.
As Post Production Manager you’ll be the reassuring point person to all Post clients for workflow through to delivery, we thrive on doing things differently but communicating that straight to our clients.
What you'll bring to the role
Post Production Manager Experience. A solid technical understanding of post production solutions including Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinici Resolve, with previous experience in budgeting and scheduling oversight.
A head for organisation. You’re responsible for a large team who need project guidance on a daily basis. The ability to be across multiple projects simultaneously is imperative and the desire to improve and enhance the skillsets of the team is vital.
A heart for problem solving. There’s a lot of moving parts to any production and schedules, personnel, client requirements and objectives constantly change. You ensure the flight path remains the same, even when the coordinates need a few adjustments to manoeuvre around those meteor storms!
Enjoy a discussion. Post needs to talk to Creative, to Production, and directly to the Client ensuring the vision stays on track and is delivered to the highest standard, within the timeframe.
Be adaptable. Workflows constantly need refining so Green Rock’s methodology needs to be a solid foundation, but also be adaptable to a range of projects from quick turnaround short social films, to long running broadcast series.
A thirst for the latest tech innovations so existing workflows can be refined. A core understanding of the technology in operation ensures the ability to build on that and introduce optimised enhancements.
Time management guardian. Clients want productions to stay on track, on budget and deliver on time - you need to ensure that in the delivery.
