We are Green Rock Media. An agile, strategic, end-to-end creative content studio working with brands and broadcasters across three continents. We have an exciting new role for a Production Coordinator to join the production management department and make an impact.

The Role

As a Production Coordinator at Green Rock, you will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager, Head of Production, and Post-Production team in the planning, execution and delivery of a range of Productions. This role is a Hybrid role and may include travel nationwide to production locations and to London, as and when required.

Working closely with our Production management and creative teams as Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, set up and delivery of live productions both in the UK and internationally. This makes working here never a dull day!

Bringing the energy and enthusiasm to take ownership in your role, you will be supported by the Production Management team to develop & grow with the company.

As Production Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include helping realise creative productions, by arranging logistics, sourcing freelance crew and kit, cost and invoice tracking, building call sheets and risk assessments and supporting the producers with shoot schedules and ad-hoc tasks.

A keen interest in sustainable productions and innovating new ways of working is championed with the company values at the heart of everything we do.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience - (Digital Content, Broadcast, Social Video, Advertising)
  
• Proven experience in producing call sheets and liaising with crew directly.
  
• Ability to prioritise and focus on the right things during the busiest of periods.
  
• Excellent communication to ensure you are working effectively with the wider Production Management team.
  
• Some experience of cost tracking + using purchase order software (not essential + training will be provided).
  
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal team and external suppliers.
  
• Sustainable production management expertise would be a bonus.
